The Moye Company LLC began in 1971 when a college student, Richard Moye, bought a rental house at age 21. Over the years it has grown larger serving hundreds of tenants in areas hundreds of miles apart. As time has passed, we have invested in apartment complexes and commercial properties as well.

From an early time, we have put our relationships with others to this test, “Put yourself in the other guy’s place.” We strive to provide good service to our clients. We also believe in building lasting win-win relationships with anyone we deal with.

Our purpose continues to be providing a comfortable, useful rental unit at a reasonable price.
